My name is Patrick Rockenbach I have lived in Whittier/LaHabra/LaMirada area my entire life. My wife Nilda and I have three boys that attend schools in the Lowell Joint School District, two at Jordan Elementary and one at Rancho-Starbuck.
I have worked for Bank of America for the past 21 years in a variety of positions, including managing a site of over 700 associates. I currently work as a Process Design Manager, supporting a group of 4,500+ associates that work in sites across the country. My current responsibilities include designing and measuring associate performance metrics, creating training and education materials and administering our associate incentive plans.
